On April 23rd we attended the Live for 175 event in Meridian (Idaho). For those not familiar with this event a local radio station (103.5 Kiss FM) runs this event where the remote site is powered by people riding bicycles for 175 hours. The DJ - KekeLuv (pictured here with part of our team) stays at the location (and on air) for the entire 175 hours. This man is an amazing advocate for child abuse awareness and we were so proud to be able to spend time at the event and to thank him for everything he does. But once again THANK YOU KEKE!!!
Friends from Ontario (Oregon) to Mountain Home came out to be a part of Team Justice for Joey - even the little kids got in on the action of riding the kid bikes to help out -- what a wonderful and amazing group of people to come do this with us. Erin, Joseph and I were all deeply touched by your love and support!
I was totally amazed by the event and was overjoyed at the wall behind the riders -- every rider signed the wall - we had to squeeze our signatures in. So many friends had posted on Facebook as well about attending the event at one time or another (or several times!).
